More information

DSC Risks exists to provide a consistent terminology for Risks in the Minimum Operational Dataset and has been collated from existing terminologies including the LGA, NHS Data Dictionary and PRSB. This initial draft has been created for the purpose of consultation and feedback. The team are looking for constructive feedback to improve the MODS and associated terminologies from the health and social care community and this can be provided through the Digital Social Care Data Standards Service Desk (https://metadata.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/16/group/34/create/208) Feedback will inform the next iteration of the MODS.
