More information

Data is submitted annually to Public Health England (PHE) by NHS England regional teams and PHE local screening and immunisation teams, via ImmForm (a web-based system provided by PHE).

This collection covers students aged between 12 and 15 years.

Coverage information is available at local, regional and national levels and the data informs local performance management and service delivery planning, national level official statistics and a Public Health Outcome Framework (PHOF) indicator.

In the 2020-21 collection, data was also collected on any disruption to vaccinations caused by COVID-19 activity.
