This is a quarterly collection of aggregated data relating to Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) information, submitted by Ambulance Trusts in England to NHS England.
The data is used by NHS England to support the development of Model Hospital productivity metrics for ambulance services.
Data is required for the following activity:
- 111/999 emergency operations
- data from Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems
- ambulance dispatch
- data from Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems.
