This includes data on vacancies, spend, diversity, future capabilities and talent supply at Executive Director, Non-Executive Director and Chair level, in line with the NHS Long Term Plan and NHS People Plan. Aggregate data is submitted to NHS England quarterly, via the Strategic Data Collection Service (SDCS).
The data will be used to provide strategic direction to National and Regional Talent Boards in the NHS in England, by providing information on the demand and supply of executive director roles at a national and regional level. Data will be published and available for approved users on the Talent Insights pages of the FutureNHS collaboration platform (login required).
