More information
In 2020, NHS England and NHS Improvement consulted with stakeholders, including Regional Directors of Primary Care and Public Health and CCGs, to assess the data collection requirements. It was found that the measures in this collection were out of date; as such, it was superseded by the new Primary Care Monitoring Survey data collection (DCB3128), which incorporated the monitoring of required ongoing GP Forward View commitments.
