National Diabetes Inpatient Safety Audit

Records the details of diabetic inpatients who have Hypoglycaemia harm, Diabetic Keto Acidosis (DKA), Hyperglycaemic Hyperosmolar State (HHS) or Diabetic foot ulcer diabetic complications.
