More information
This collection was held over four consecutive years, commissioned by NHS England for all NHS Pharmacies in England. Pharmacies asked their patients to complete a copy of the national questionnaire following administration of the flu vaccine.
NHS England and the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) have agreed that, since 99% of respondents would recommend the service and were either satisfied or highly satisfied with the service, the questionnaire has served its original purpose and will not be included in future service specifications.
