More information
The work will produce a nationally agreed and maintained Information Standard that supports clinical IT suppliers in their design of NHS Health Check clinical templates. Assured criteria for the Standard will reduce the risk of incorrect information being inputted, resulting in robust assessment of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk and appropriate measures taken to address the risks. The Information Standard will ensure standardised data of high quality is regularly collected and can be used effectively to risk assess NHS Health Check attendees.
